Developed TAMSAMSOM, user persona, user journey, value proposition canvas, and a minimum viable product (MVP) with three features for AgreePedia.
Developed a product requirements document (PRD) to guide the improvement of the UX voucher feature on Shopee.
Conducted a problem analysis for UX voucher on Shopee and proposed potential solutions to improve the user experience with prioritization.
Developed three new features for Instagram Stories, including feature specifications, wireframes, and user persona to guide the development process. The new features were designed to increase engagement on the platform.
